Hargeisa– A deserted child is found in a dumpster in the Hargeisa neighbourhood by school children walking in the place had seen it and informed the next-door house of the dog-eaten child dead.
A district police officer said “ it is not the first time, this dumping ground used to receive abandoned children like this before,” the officer gave no further details except that they will investigate the crime.
