The woman was allegedly raped to death in Buroa yesterday.
The suspect involved in the ugly incident submitted himself to police officers at the Buroa Police Station and admitted to committing the crime.
Buroa police have taken the victim’s body to Buroa morgue of the main hospital.
Ugbaad Ali Abdilahi, the rape victim, had three children, according to her brother.
There has been a sudden outburst of protests by Buroa residents against this horrific crime.
However, as her body awaits burial, no independent body has confirmed the rape case or why she died.
