The Prime minister of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Rooble has met with his Egyptian counterpart in Cairo. The two officials agreed to the need to prioritise economic bilateral relations and standardising the education systems.
Somalia state media reported that the Prime minister also urged the egyptian government to reconsider the number of Scholarships they offer to the Somali students. The Prime minister of Somalia is also expected to address Somali residents in Cairo during his presence in the country.
Just recently, Mohamed Hussein Rooble had traveled to Kenya where he met the top leaders which contradicts President Farmaajo as rift grows. He has countered a presidential ban on foreign agreements during the electioneering period, instead suggesting that the executive arm of the government continue to perform its full duties.
