Somalia and Thailand agreed to enhance the diplomatic relations between the two countries after Somalia Ambassador to Kenya, Mohamoud Ahmed Nour Tarsan held talks with his Thailand counterpart.
The meeting of the two officials took place in Nairobi, Kenya. Officials said both sides addressed a wide range of issues including the bilateral relations of the two countries as well as trade.
Mohamoud Nour Tarsan expressed optimism on the future relations of his country with Thailand and noted the rich history of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Meanwhile, Thailand pledged to support Somalia in terms of health facilities and exploring natural resources.
