Somalia Prime minister Hamse Abdi Barre has received the U.S ambassador to Somalia Larry Andre at his office. The aim of the meeting was to boost the relationship between Somalia and the U.S.A. The two sides did not disclose further details on the specific issues that were discussed in the meeting.
The Prime minister of Somalia heartily thanked Larry Andre for the continued U.S support to Somalia, pledging his new administration to keep strengthening the relationship between the two countries.
On his side, the U.S Ambassador to Somalia Larry Andre accentuated his government’s commitment to support the horn of Africa state. Last year, the United States extended to Somalia Millions of Dollars in support of humanitarian issues.
