Somaliland President Muse Bihi has sacked the Director-General for Civil Aviation Authority Abdi Mohamed Rodol who has held the post for the past three years. The former Director General of the Civil Aviation was a senior Pilot in Mohamed Siad Barre’s regime.
The President has appointed Omar Zayid as the new Director General of the Civil aviation authority. Omar Zayid was serving as the Director General for the Ministry of transport and road developments before being appointed to this post.
