President Abdirahman Irro Inaugurates the 7th National Technology Expo and Conference

His Excellency Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Irro), President of the Republic of Somaliland, today officially inaugurated the 7th Somaliland Technology Expo and Conference in the capital, Hargeisa.

The event brought together leading ICT enterprises, innovators, and youth from across the country, showcasing the remarkable progress, creativity, and digital solutions driving Somaliland’s technological transformation.

The President also commended the Minister of Civil Aviation and Airports Development for the significant reforms and initiatives undertaken within his portfolio. Likewise, he extended his appreciation to the Minister of Communications and Technology, the ministry’s experts, and the wider technology community for their relentless efforts to strengthen Somaliland’s digital infrastructure and innovation ecosystem.
