The newly appointed Prime Minister of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble has officially announced the formation of a new cabinet for the Federal Government of Somalia.

Following Mohamed Hussein Roble recent appointment as the Prime Minister of Somalia which was quickly followed by an endorsement from the parliament, there has been eager anticipation of the PM’s list of cabinet ministers.

The list of the new cabinet members was officially revealed yesterday night by Mr Roble.

The new cabinet ministers list comprises ministers from the former government of Khayre which fell after a vote of no confidence was passed on it.

Education, Information, and Labor ministers weren’t reinstalled. However; new faces were added to the new government including the Interior, Security, Justice Ministers and other important ministers.

The total numbers of appointees by Prime Minister Roble are 69 persons; among them are 26 full ministers, 26 deputies, and 17 State Ministers without portfolios.

Somalia’s president Farmaajo applauded the Prime Minister for forming a new government and advised the appointees to work hard to enable the country full security and prosperity.
