SOMALILAND.COM – Six people have died, and several others were injured, in a car accident on the highway between Burao and Sheik on Saturday Afternoon.
The minivan has overturned at Kalasharka locality, twenty-four kilometers north of Burao. So far, six people have been confirmed to be killed in the accident.
The vehicle has reportedly left Hargeisa in the early morning and was headed to Buhoodle town, eastern Togdheer region.
Togdheer region administration and the traffic police are yet to comment on the tragic accident that is the deadliest road accident this year.
