In a speech on Thursday, Suleiman Ali Koore, Somaliland’s Minister of Information accused the president of Somalia Mohamed Abdillahi Farmajo of subscribing to the doctrine of the military regime that led to Somalia’s demise
The minister condemned that Somalia appointed a person who held such high ranking positions in the regime that committed all those atrocities against the Somali people.
Minister Suleiman Koore said the General Guulwade’s membership in the committee is evidence that president Farmajo was never honest about continuing Somaliland and Somalia talks.
The Guulwade Force which was commanded by General Abdirahman Abdi Hussein was one of the oppression instruments of the military regime. Their specialty was harassing the public in the streets, arbitrary detentions and forcing the public to attend the regime events.
