Somaliland President hosts foreign delegates, thanks their visit

Hargeisa, May 19:- The President of the Republic of Somaliland H.E Mr. Musa Bihi Abdi has today met with foreign delegates of lawmakers, ministers, and diplomats who attended the 18th May 28th anniversary of Somaliland’s independence in Hargeisa.

President Muse Bihi Abdi has honored with a special ceremony to the delegations from Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia’s Somali regional state.

The members of the Ugandan, Kenyan, and Ethiopian delegates were hosted in the presidency, where the President has welcomed them and praised their bravery to visit and support the Somaliland cause.

The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi, also told members of the delegation that Somaliland has good diplomatic relations with the neighboring countries and the world.

The high-level delegates in their part stated that their attendance gave them a chance to witness the democracy and governance in the Republic of Somaliland, and praised the president for his efforts to build Somaliland’s relations with the rest of the world, the development, and co-existence of the people of Somaliland.
