The Chairman of Horyaal Tv Sayid Osman Mire has passed away in Addisababa, Ethiopia after a weeks-long illness. The management of Horyaal TV announced his death to the public last night. Sayid Osman was airlifted to Addisababa on 12th October for further treatment after his health condition worsened.
His body will be brought back to Hargeisa for a funeral as the management of TV announced. Government officials including President Muse Bihi and the leaders of the opposition parties have sent condolences to the family and the media for the loss of Sayid Osman Mire.
On the other side, Journalists and the management of media institutions including CBA TV also expressed their sadness by the death of their colleague. They described him with many good characters and wished Allah to reward him with his Jannah.
Before he suddenly got sick, Sayid Osman Mire recently had tough interviews with some of the politicians which many people widely circulated on their social media.
