Somaliland President, VP Participate Kulmiye Party’s Central Council Convention at Borama + Photos

(Somaliland.com, Borama) Today Central Council of Somaliland ruling party, Kulmiye, have gathered in Borama, Awdal region, for their 6th Party Convention.

This year’s convention smoothly started in Borama, with the presence of Somaliland President HE. Muse Bihi Abdi, Vice President HE Abdirahman Abdillahi Zayli, government ministers, MPs, Kulmiye Central Council members, national musicians and other high-level dignitaries.

The convention will be concluded tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday Feb 26, 2019.

There are high speculations of leadership change of the party. Some party sources being quoted said that the president Muse Bihi Abdi will vacate the party’s chairmanship seat where many aspirants have lobbied to be next chairman inline and the future candidate.
